HBV induces GP73 expression to repress the expression of NF-κB, IFN-β, IFN-λ1, IL-6, and TNF-α. The plasmid pHBV1.3 was transfected into HepG2 and Huh7 cells at different doses. After 48 h, the expression levels of GP73, NF-κB, IFN-β, IFN-λ1, IL-6, and TNF-α were detected by qRT-PCR (A–E) and Western blotting (F).
