Pseudotemporal ordering of MAIT, Vδ1 and Vδ2 populations. Data for each population, down-sampled evenly over patients, conditions and time-points to 1e4 cells, was used to predict phenotype trajectories using DDRTree and Slingshot. Predicted trajectories, labelled within each tree, show imbalanced distributions of cells from HC, HIV and HIV HL patients in response to CCR expression in MAIT cells (A), exhaustion marker expression in Vδ1 (B) and NK marker expression in Vδ2 cells (C).
